In January 2005, taunted by fat rolls and obesity chaffing, Boups decided that it was time to slim down a touch. Starting at a weight of 225 pounds and 25% body fat, it was a long hard process, consisting of running, lifting weights, bike riding, hockey, and the 30/30 method (30 pushups and 30 situps before work and before bed). Soda was also eliminated from his diet, but not beer. Enjoy. |
